Who we are

MockAI (mockai.cloud) is a product mockup tool in development, run by Danylo Kachanko, an independent developer in Kyiv, Ukraine. This policy covers the waitlist on this website. Questions go to [email protected].

What we store

When you join the waitlist we store:

• your email address;
• the date and time you signed up;
• which form you used (for example, the top or bottom of the page);
• the version of the consent text you saw next to the button.

We don't use analytics or advertising cookies on this site. Our server keeps short-lived technical logs, including IP addresses, to block abuse.

Why we store it

We use your email to tell you when MockAI launches and to send occasional product updates. You gave consent when you submitted the form, and you can withdraw it at any time.

Who sees it

We don't sell or rent your email. Our servers run in the EU, hosted by Contabo in Germany. If we send email through a delivery service, that service processes your address only to deliver our messages.

How long we keep it

We keep your email until you unsubscribe, ask us to delete it, or we shut the waitlist down.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it. Write to [email protected] from the address you signed up with and we'll handle it within 30 days. Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date above. For significant changes, we'll email waitlist members first.
